Our Services In Detail

Our main aim is to make your whole refurbishment experience pleasant and hassle free. We will guide you through it (should you wish) with our extensive knowledge of the construction industry and up to date design ideas, tried and tested for many years in the London rental property market. One of our project managers will see it through to completion and deliver you your dream home at a competitive price.

• Painting and decorating

  Lining paper and quality wallpaper hanging. Outstanding finish painting using a wide variety of paints, which are applied using top of the range synthetic brushes and sheep skin rollers.

• Plastering and plaster boarding

  We can install false ceilings and stud walls, then insulate, plaster board, and finish with plaster skim. We can also repair old walls and give them a 2mm-3mm plaster skim for a brand new look and a smooth surface perfectly ready for decorating.

• Tiling (Floors and walls)

  Including full surface preparation to ensure a secure fix of either porcelain/ceramic or natural stone tiles, then grout.

• Carpentry

  First and second fix including stud walls, architrave, skirting boards, door hanging, MDF cupboards with a variety of wood veneers or paint (can be used in bathrooms and have sinks set into them with natural stone worktops etc).

• Flooring

  We can supply and fit many types of flooring from real wood and laminate, to carpet and lino.

• Electrics

  We carry out most electrical work including new lights, switches and sockets, extractor fans, chasing out and running new wiring, full rewires, new fuse board etc. All electrical work is carried out by qualified and competent electricians.

• Plumbing

  We can install new water pipes, waste pipes, taps, showers, baths, toilets etc and if there is any gas installation required, this will be carried out by a fully qualified and registered gas installation expert.

• Bathroom and kitchen design and build service

  We offer you our sound and expert advice on new designs, using a mixture of materials to achieve a perfect blend of styles to suite your needs. Our experience comes from working on projects for the rental market mainly in South Kensington, Knightsbridge and Chelsea, for many years now, all of which have been approved by various large property management/estate agents. Our implementation of these designs have enabled these agents to increase the monthly rental income for many happy landlords and raised their properties value.
